  1. Legal Compliance:
    • By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age (19+ or as per local laws) to purchase cannabis.
    • You must provide valid government-issued ID upon delivery.
  2. Payment:
    • Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery. We Encourage You to Tip your drivers for their service ! This is not included in our fees. 
  3. Delivery Policy:
    • You must be reachable by a working phone number – if you are a No Show- we can redeliver for another $5 fee. 3 strikes on No Show – your account will be suspended.
    • A recipient must be present at the delivery address to accept the order.
  4. Order Limits:
    • All purchases adhere to the legal possession limits as set by provincial and federal regulations.
  5. Returns and Refunds:
    • All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for defective or incorrect products. You must contact us within 24 hours.
  6. Privacy:
    • Your personal information is protected and will only be used for order processing and legal compliance.
  7. Liability:
    • We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or regulatory issues.
